Ok. I have been reading a lot of these posts the past days and not only have people started using vulgar language more often , but people like Samsara (Geez what school did you go to? Even after graduating college, you can't complete a sentence without a f**K in the middle) are spreading lies like "you can't practice communism in the U.S." and the government is going to deport the commies...

So, Samsara, I have lived in this country way more than you have and as far as I can remember, according to my eight grade American history class, (yes eight grade class, take that) the 1st amendment of the United States gives a person the freedom of speech.
And under that freedom, you can believe in Communism, Nazism, or whatever you want. The  only catch is that you  cannot voice opinions about radically overthrowing the U.S. government. I think that was passed in the 1940s or 1950s, I don't remember when. But, the point is, let people believe in what they want. If people are optimistic about the future of Nepal, why do you have to label them commies?

We have been talking about New Nepal for god knows how many years. We all know this is a crucial point of time in our country's history. If we can't get along in a stupid thread, no wonder our leaders ever come to an understanding. Now, I don't want to preach, but things are getting out of hand and I said what I felt.

Peace. and here is to New Nepal.

Fortunefaded, looks like you're talking about rights for US citizens.  For an alien who comes here on a visa, its different, don't you understand the SIMPLE fact?  Since you were a kid when you got here, you prolly do not know.  But when I came here on a student visa one of the question on the visa application asks whether the personal applying is a communist, I kid you not.  BTW, I've explained that in my post a gazillion times that this applies only to the ones here on a visa and if you're so lacking what we mortals call eyes, then go buy some on the internet...North Korea is a good place to get the eyes you need for cheap!  Now go do some research before even bringing about the great one's name on your sublimely illogical thread!!

If the system of governance in our country is Communism, and if the US gives recognition to them, then they can in no way ask us Nepalese, who support our government to leave US. The voice of the people is the voice of the people. The CPN UML, a communist party has been in the power, and it's leaders have made a lot of visits to the US. We have the right to support those parties in our country.

And, there will not be a Communist dictatorship in our country. Just a Communist leadership in the short run. So, there's no question of kicking us out because we support the leadership.

The Chinese protested against Tibetans in San Francisco infront of everyone. Did anyone make any arrests alleging that they were Communists since they had a Communist agenda? Don't threaten people just on the basis of your whims. Yes, certainly there's a question - Are you a Communist ? Yes, No. Tick No, and yes, that's the end of the story.

We have the right to support the leadership of our country. It's not the incumbent communist party that represents Nepal, but a democratically elected party.

Dear Communist Friends, I am against the rise of Maoism in Nepal, which I think will eventually ruin our country. But, don't come in the grasp of this guy called Samsara here, who is just creating rumors. You are clever enough, and I know I shouldn't be telling you how to respond to fools, nonetheless, just a reminder.

SafalNepal says, "Against all forms of Extremism".  HAHAHA  That just contradicts what his pea sized ego has been doing all along.  He's Ok with the rise of communism in Nepal and he lives here in the US.  Hypocrites like you make me wanna laugh my insides out!  I'm thoroughly disapponted in your level of rhetoric.  Atleast support your convictions!  You don't like extremeism, then hate the commies not someone who is voicing out his views about hypocrites who live here in the US!!

And you say, "Yes, certainly there's a question - Are you a Communist ? Yes, No. Tick No, and yes, that's the end of the story".  HAHAHAH  He thinks its that EASY!!   Are you fo real?  Peeps get denied a visa just for having an ugly face or even if the counselor had a fight with his wife that morning and you say a communist could make it in the US with a student visa??   The commie leader who come here are INVITED by institutions and associations who basically guarantee their return.  Is it even the same for student who come here for a Bachelors?  Listen, don't teach people the wrong ideas, aight?  If you don;t know jack, then zip it until you've done your research!!

I think no one in Sajha community supports communism like in North Korea, or Cuba, or China. What's the problem with a democratically elected party. If Maoists do anything wrong they will go like NC and UML.

But friends, Samsara doesn't understand this type of language. Its useless to discuss with him. So let him do whatever he wants.

Samsara says  communism and democracy can't go together. then what is this in the US?

When I was a child, my elders used to tell me "One rotten apple, make the whole sack of potatoes rotten". Kudos to Samsara, for he proves this. Every forum in Sajha looks disgusting because of him. Beware of him. No country will be an extreme communist state. Maoists will have to adapt to a democratic government, at least in the short term. Besides Jimmy Carter, and several other countries have already supported the Maoists. Further, Bush is getting out of power, and Democrats, in my view will come to power. Maoists will most probably get the support of the US because they will be ruling a coalition government. Nonetheless, we should keep vigilant, not to let the Maoists turn into dictators. We should remember the Animal Farm everytime the Maoists make some move.

What about people's republic of china? Lot of Chinese foreign students on VISA support their communist government. I wonder why US government lets them come here if they will deport all commies.

Isn't that what I've been preaching for the past 3 days and counting now?  Are you just growing your brains today, son?  Wonder where such late-bloomers stem outta!!  And he says he goes to some intellectual and rigorous university in the US whose motto is communism!  HAHAH  And I believe that...yeah right!!

Samsere,

You seem to have disproportionately overgrown in your brain.

Now you talk about Visa status and the differences entailed therein. Read the following info carefully. Don't behave like a "Mouth-e" and defend your mistake like a child.

There can not be any discrimination when it comes to the legal treatment of people in the US soil. For that very reason, places like G'tmo are still in operation.

My guess is that you are arguing for the stance that you are doing because you still have a hangover of your fake documentation that you presented to prove to the visa-issuing officer that your family can pay for your US stay in some way (whatever the purpose of the visit).

Peace be with you.

But, Samsara, my friend,

Those imaginary details were there just to frame an argument.

I don't think I was pursuing you personally (which I hope you also know and believe in).

I have no issue with what you say  about yourself in the latest post.

What do you say?

I was not conceding, guy.

I was just trying to deflate the tension so that Sajha could remain a public discussion forum without personal malice (which, sadly though, is not always the case).

Moreover, you were fussing that I was guessing wrong about your identity (which I have no interest in).

Now, be good.

Aight man.  Atleast you didn't have to face the wrath of my words borrowed from the Bard of Avon by calling you a lecherous, rump-fed foot-licker, my lil droning, hasty-witted miscreant!!  HAHAHA  Hope those words were "good" as compared to my past ones!!  LOLs  Peazze out!!

Samsara,
Returning to the question of communists being kicked out, I checked the Non-Immigrant Visa form and there is no such question there about being a communist. There is party affiliation but they aren't asking about your ideology. Also, I asked a Chinese friend from my school and she said "They don't even care if you are a communist." Her reasoning was that the way U.S. sees it, if Chinese come to the States, they will actually learn about democracy and everything "great"  about U.S. So next time you dismiss other's opinions, think about what you are really talking about coz you don't seem to know jack.

Shrivastrava11,
That excerpt you pulled out was from naturalization page. Do you even know what naturalization means? It means that you  are going to become a citizen. Hello, is anyone here applying for citizenship? It doesn't talk about getting deported. Why the hell are you trying to create commotion? Or are you scaring the F-1 students who support communism? What was that about recording IP address? Do you even know how hard it is to track down IP address and sue people for downloading illegal music? Let alone based on their views on a website. You think the US government gives a damn about whether people support the Maoists? They have bigger problems to worry about. It's people like you and Samsara I am disgusted of. You guys give a bad rep for nepalis living abroad. Shame on you.
