Kalki, the terrorist CPN(M) won in a basically free and fair democratic election, just like their UML buddies did in 1994.  They will soon fail, just like those who came before them, and will be relegated to the dustbin of history.  Nepal is still free enough for people to make stupid mistakes like voting for Dahal and his thugs.
