Its kind of sad that Lila Mani Pokhrel didn't win the election eventhough they had alliance with Maoist in central level. But the local leaders defy the central committe decision and Maoist won on that place.Lilamani,Amik,Rohit are the best communist leaders with clean history in the parliament so far(donn know anything about Maoist).

There will be no more "Janamorcha" Party in Nepal very soon because the CPN(unitycenter-masal)-mother party of Janamorcha and Maoists have already decided to unit.

Amik and Lilamani are nothing other than Maoists. The only difference is they(Janamorcha) didn't go to Jungle. But they were and are mouthpiece(speaker in city area) of Maoists. They don't have any public support. They can't win even a single seat without the help of MAO. Thats what happened in the CA election. Lilamani was in 4th(I think) position because MAOISTS didn't help him. Amik and Girirajmani won with help of Maoist.

My conclusion is Maoists and Janamorcha are same despite of different names.

I want to comment on some of the issues raised in this thread. There is no doubt at all that maoist and Janamorcha came from the same root.We can even call them as brothers from same mom but if we analyse the stand of those two parties, there have still discrepances. We can study how both parties reach up to this point? They were the third largest force after the election of 2047 but before the election of 2051 fraction of it was parted by Dr.Baburam Bhattarai.Accordingly, some other leaders formed new parties and the root was still under comrade Nirmal Lama, great leader but outcasted in Nepali communism. As a result of that division,it beared a huge loss in the election.

At today's perspective, its true the size of Janamorcha has dwindled. Its also because of the rise of maoist.Rise of another communist force will severely  hamper other communist group.Even so called biggest communist fraction UML has devastating loss. One thing I want to emphasize Janamorcha (and its roots)is the true communist party in Nepal and it is the one who got some good leaders with great vision.

UML is so-called communist party with no principles at all and the leaders (not all but most of them)are so much concerned about the posts.they even lack the ability to judge the present circumstances and move a/c to people's sentiments.Anyway,I hope some of the great communist leaders(besides maoist) of Nepal though from small parties but gave their life for people will be included in the upcoming cabinet.
