Please advise.

I've heard that you can apply for PR in Canada if you have been a full time student in an American University for 3 years. How true is this ? Is there any website that I can verify about this ?

you can apply the day you enter US provided that your are legally admissible for at least a year

and that you have 67 points and at least an year of equivalent full time work experience
