I got mine today. Masters with premium procesing. Five of my frineds got receipt today. All are nepali with masters degree and premium processing.

I got the reciept no and checked online it says "
On April 18, 2008, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
Mine is US master's, premium, vermont!
