Guys, my prof offered me to do a PhD. He seems to have enough money to pay for a decent scholarship. I am thinking about my future career. Any idea about job perspectives after PhD?

very good field.  you should be easily find a job in your field with your masters degree should you want to work in a company.  if your interest is to pursue higher degree and work in academic field or have interest in research, PhD is definitely a plus.  also consider how long it gonna take you to complete your phd.  good luck.

Even i was thinking of a Phd 2-3 years down the road. Guys what is the good area to do PHD in business. I am not into Finance and Accounts as it is too technical. I want to do PHD in strategic developement, entrepreneurship, MIS kind of line. Is there a good scope in this area or enough people in it. Also what are the job options if one does not want to teach? Hope to get some good suggestions in the topic.
