Be optimistic my friend. We are at the very bottom of the ocean, no place to sink any further. Nepal has to rise, but again, it may take a long time. It will not happen by this Dashain or Tihar. Dashain Tihar samma haina may be arko Dashain Tihar samma pani no one can say where we are heading, but I belive in a long run, we are moving positively.
