जेठ १९ गते आउन चार दिनअघि अर्थात् जेठ १५ गते राती नै राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रको सत्ता हिड्यो । २०५८ जेठ १९ गते रातीको सशस्त्र राजयुद्धबाट प्राप्त राज्यसत्ताको सातौ वाषिर्कोत्सव मनाउन नपाउदै उनको सत्ता ढल्यो । ज्ञानेन्द्रसग उनको सत्ता मात्रै हिडेन, राजतन्त्रकै प्राणपखेरु हिड्यो, संसारको एउटा देशबाट विष्णुको अवतारको तार छिन्यो । विधिवत् दाहसंस्कार हुनुअघि राजतन्त्रका भक्तहरूले बम पड्काएर सलामी दिए । चार जना किरियापुत्रीले संविधानसभाको बैठकमा अन्तिम श्रद्धाञ्जलि चढाए । त्यसपछि राती सवा ११ बजे राजतन्त्रको अन्तिम संस्कार गरियो ।
राजतन्त्रको बिदाइ गरेको रात मलाई भने पटक्कै निन्द्रा लागेन । राजाबिनाको देशको गति के होला भनेर छटपटी भयो । ओछ्यानमा कोल्टे फेर्दै रातभर मैले सोचें -'जान त गयो राजतन्त्र, राजतन्त्रसगै ज्ञानेन्द्रजस्ता वीर षड्यन्त्रशिरोमणि राजा पनि गए, पारसजस्ता साहसी राजपुत्र पनि गए । मलाई चिन्ता लाग्यो, अब क्रेन लगाएर मन्दिरहरूबाट मुर्ती कसले उखेलिदेला ! होटल र डिस्कोहरूमा गएर कसका छोराले पेस्तोल पड्काउला - राजा नै नरहेपछि बटुवालाई कसका सन्तानको पजेरोले किच्ला ? कसले फ्या“क्ला नमिता-सुनिताहरूलाई पोखराको सेती नदीमा - जतिसुकै बेठीक भए पनि ठीक छ, ठीक छ भनेर कसले हाम्रो चित्त बुझाउला ? नबुझे पनि बुझे“, बुझे“ भन्ने यस्तो बुज्झकी राजा अब हामीले कहा“ पाउ“ला - कालोपदार्थ ओसारपसार र सेवन अब कसले गरिदेला ? गोडा धुवाएर नेपाली जनतालाई पानी कसले खुवाउला - विदेशका ब्याङ्कहरूमा कसले पैसा भरिदेला ? कसले खाला अपुताली, कसले खुवाउला काट्टो ? श्री पशुपतिनाथले कल्याण गरून् भनेर कसले गर्ला हाम्रो कल्याणको कामना ?
कोतपर्व, भण्डारखाल पर्व वा नारायणहिटी पर्वजस्ता ठूलाठूला चार्डपर्वहरूका परम्पराको सुरुवात अब कुन संस्थाले गर्ला ? हे भगवान् ! हामी पापी जनताले गर्नुसम्म पो गरेछौ“ कि क्या हो, विष्णुका अवतारको र्सवस्वै पो हरेछौ“ कि क्या हो !चिन्ताको कुनै ओखती छैन अब !त्यसकारण पुर्वराजा ज्ञानेन्द्रलाई बाईबाई भन्नुको विकल्प छैन । बरु सरकार, नारायणहिटी कुन दिन छाडिबक्सन्छ, खबर पाए डेरा र्सार्न सघाउन आउने थिए“ म, अलिकति भए पनि मबाट भएको पाप कटाउने थिए“ । पोकापन्तुरा बा“ध्न, खाट-दराज उचाल्न, केके पर्छ, सघाउन म इच्छुक छु । बोरा चाहिन्छ कि डोरी, ठेला चाहिन्छ कि भरिया भनिबक्सेला । सरकारले भनिबक्से पनि नबक्से पनि मचाहि“ भनिबक्सन्छु कि राजतन्त्र र मौसुफ सरकारको कल्याण गर्न नसके पनि व्यवसायी ज्ञानेन्द्र शाह वा नागरकि ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहजीको श्री पशुपतिनाथले कल्याण गरून् । जय नेपाल ! ! !

i jus support the gud person. i jus tried to post about the dark side of gyanendra and his family. and that was the truth. when there was no any option left for him, he left the palace easily. cuz he knew that if he didn't do that he has to suffer more.

मरेको बाघ को जुंगा उखेलेर खुब बाह्दुरी गरेछु भन्ठान्यो होला aarigato ले । Do you know the inflation rate in Nepal has just hit double digit in last few months which is a kind of record. How would poor Nepalese survive now with this trend?
People said two years ago Armies are loyal to Gyane, he will crush Nepalese like the one in Burma. He remained silent.
People said he will disturb the election by killing many people. He kept relatively quiet and made no intervention in election which he easily could have . People said Gyanendra's house would have been like White House or Buckingham palace. But later television showed his palace was worse then the houses of our politician. Compare Gyanendra to Girija who is still the prime minister of Nepal despite the shameful loss of his party. God knows when new president will be elected.
Do you know one thing? If Gyane had said he wont leave the palace it would have been difficult to throw him away from the palace because there were lots of legal formalities. Even though CA took the decision many top lawyer said on television that the decision from constitutional assembly itself would have been unconstitutional in many ways because a lot of criteria were not met. Gyanendra rahter chose to take a graceful and dignified exit.
Regarding the Royal massacre. Now nepal is republic, so the killing of Birendra and his family is no different then killing of any other ordinary Nepalese. How would Prachanda even justify burning 40 innocent Nepalese alive in Madi.
