Kindly help me to find out the appropriate college/univ in DC/MD/VA area for my cousin to apply from Nepal, which is moderate in fees and has a high probability of Visa, I would prefer if he can get accepted with the waiver of Toefl/Ielts. Your kind suggestions and advise will be highly appreciated

Thanks in advance

there is no such thing. it s a total nonsense to think that getting visa depends on college or university. u just need to prove that you are qualified (scholarships certainly proves that) and have a sound academic background as well as u shud have financial sources(i highly doubt u need to woory on tht as everybody knows how it works). my best suggestion is collegeboard.com and usnews.com which i think u know already. also apply in as many colleges and unis as possible. it s worth tryin that. your few hundred rupees can save you thousands of dollers once u come to us.

first of all the chances of getting visa would be comparatively lesser if you dont have TOEFL.

and the other thing is that the state which you have stated they are big citites and the cost will be automatically high .

so try to find the college in the suburb area .

hope this might help
