i know how to make ordinary achar for momo but can someone help with the recepie of making achar with peanuts???? badam ko achar kya.........this achar is served in two places in kathmandu.......sumai restaurant in teku and darahara. folks who know this restaurant know what i am talking about.

can someone help me with that???? and please post recepies of new achars if you have.

your help is appreciated

Dude, just use the common sense. Grind peanuts, put some sugar coz I remember that achar is kinda sweet, put some salt, red pepper... now the tricky part is to make it a paste... I assume they put some liquid to make it the paste... is it water? It's not milk, it's not soy milk, it's not peanuts milk, it must be water. Voila, throw some water, and ur achar is ready. I am sure they also put something else... hmm, it has kinda sweet and soury taste ... how about a squeeze of lemon/lime ... and a dab or two of soy sauce?

Oh btw ... I've never made it in my life.
