try www.moneytonepal.com They are very good, I have used their service a few times and is very satisfied. No fee, about 7,500 limit, i guess. Highly recommended. Or you can use moneygram easily and i guess fee is not bad, something around 30 dollars.

Paudelp another easy way of sending (small amount) is by opening paypal debit card. you can order 2 cards one for yourself and one for your loved ones in nepal. Once they get the card in Nepal you provide them with pin no. they are ready to withdraw money from any ATM machine worldwide with $1.00 per transaction. Initial withdrawal limit is $400 per day but you can request to increase the withdrawal limit. This is very easy convenient and cheap way of sending money to nepal . you dont have to pay commissions to any agencies and both parties can check the transactions online anytime by logging paypal.com

Muncha le tetro paisa kharcha garera website ko side ma banner haleko cha, money transfer to Nepal bhanera, and im quite surprised to see people asking this questions... and on top of that people are even providing advice on it by telling them to use paypal rather than to use our own nepalese sources...

with moneygram, wester union, they have fees... with these nepalese companies there are no such fees... but do check the exchange rate and ask them the rate that they are providing, then calculate which costs you less... the higher rate from other services + fees, or lower rate without the fees... then decide.

on top of that if you're on a student visa, you rather use the local nepali hundi people around your area, or such service providers where you do not need to disclose certain information... think.
