how did they get there? pardon my ineptness but do we have any rule to provide "asylum" and/or EAD to foreigners? Nepal sarkar help these fellas.............

I think Maos brought them to carry and use Ak-47. Now that war is over  and Maos are in power, they are applying for Asylum. Nepal govt cannot take care of its own people, now this.

my guess is India brought them. Since now Bhutani refugee problem is gone India wants Nepal to be in some sort of problems everytime. Thats why they brought them and let them come to Nepal through open boarder.
