Hello Sajhabasi sathi haru,
I have been facing this runtime error - not enough memory is available - problem for over a week (see below). I googled and did everything - uninstalling/installing v9; then uninstalling/installing v8; installing v7.5; unstallling all Yahoo! toolbar, antispy, etc; increasing virtual memory (my computer has 1GB ram), deleting Yahoo! folder from teh Program Files under C:drive, deleting Adobe Flash Player (some fool even suggested to delete it arguing that Yahoo messanger might share some file with flash player), etc as these are the suggestions found in the websites. Still I get the same problem of runtime error. Under v8 and 9, I could not even read the archived messages either where it shows that there are conversations. But under v7.5, it does not even show there there are conversations saved.
Launa sathiharu ho, kehi upaya bhaye sikaidinu paryo. (I mostly use to use Yahoo! Messanger to talk to people, but now I am virtually out of contact. Windows live messanger and skype are working fine.)
Thanking you in anticipation,
ctal

Hi, Do you get this error when yahoo starts? startup files might be infected.
You can try configuration utility and disable startup items. Restart and see if the problem still persists or not. If problems persists, u can unistall yahoo..restart pc, then install again. If problem is solved, you can manually enable the startup items that are important.

No, I don't get any error when I open and log on to the Yahoo messanger. Once I try to open the chat windows by (double) clicking on the user ids of my friends, the chat windows opens but i can not write on it because it already shows the runtime error and asks me whether i will want to debug it. It does not debug if I click "Yes" and follow the instruction. so, i have to click on "No" 6-7 time before the error message disappears . But, once it disappears and I type in the chat box and enter, the message is not delivered but again the same pop up of runtime error is shown. Hairan bhai sake ma ta bhanya ni. i will also try to follow your suggestion and see how that work.

Hello Jaynir, I unckecked "load startup items" as you suggested in your first response. It did not work.
Hello Suike, I long ago check out the "disable script debuging" and unchecked "display a notification..." as suggested by Microsoft. It is still in the same configuration. That did not work either.
Yahoo messanger installing/uninstalling ta dherai chhoti gari sake maile, je gare pani bhayena.
Anyway, thanks for your suggestions.
