Nepaliko site bhandai ma, alikati problem pardaima, yesto business bawaal hune garera post nagarauna.
I have had issues connecting sometimes, but by no way they are the worst. They have a pretty decent customer service which is the reason I keep going back to them. Don't take their recharge card though.

I think it has something to do with NTC . NTC can not stop outgoing call from Nepal but wanted to make money on incoming call therefore most prepaid calls are blocked or does not go through.
