Hi All,
My Company wants me to layoff temporarily for 2 weeks. I am on H1B, which started from this October. Will this 2 weeks layoff have any impact on my h1b status?

2 weeks should not be a prob. If you are working for a consulting company then u'll get paid no matter what, as vacation, so there wont be any irregularities in the payroll. It used to be 60 days of being laid off, I don’t know if its 30 days or more right now.
