And the list goes on and on . Politicians and maoist a like having family members with little or no knowledge at high command post to stay in power and hide crimes from public. How can Nepal develope when these leaders arent intrested in doing so........???? You can bring a horse to the water but you cant make it drink. I still dont understand why people are Mad at the King and not at these blood suckers???? WHY?????...........I lived in the same Nepal as everyone did and dont recal the king to be a DICTATOR........or did I miss it entirely.......because last time the king (KING BIRENDRA)lost his power more than a decade ago I was in 5th grade and I remember people rallying around Kathmandu yelling DEMOCRACY JINDABAD, BIRE CHOR DESH CHOD...........those were also the yrs when Nepal almost was given the ZONE OF PEACE by the world and was considered a developing country compared wth singapore, malaysia etc, Krisshi Pradhan Desh, one of the best tourist destination, and one of the worlds most beautiful country. AND as I grew up....with democracy....I have seen whats happen to our country......DID I MISS ANYTHING THE KING DID??????please tell me.......ANYONE?????......I didnt see and dictator king but SAW the downfall of a developing kingdom to the worlds poorest kingdom when governed by peoples elected government ,the netas, birth of the maoists, 16K and more innocent dead and missing, rise and fall of an misunderstood KING, enemies forming alliances SPA supported by India, ethnic groups fighting for a seperate identity, Indian interferrance tolerated and ignored, YCL and youths forming Armies and gangs and terrorizing the nation,chakka jam, No water, no light and electricity, banning social hangouts, .......and yet People blame the KING???? what did I miss here??? HOW IS THE KING TO BLAME when All I see is these politicians who could have made Nepal a great country but instead chose to RUIN it, and Maoists coming to power completely by the point of a gun and FEAR. YET STILL BLAME THE KING????? .......................I dont and never will believe that our monarchy was bad...ever......., Our king is our symbol of peace, love and identity. he is the glue that holds the unity of a all ethnic community as ONE.........to those who think King is past and we should focus on the present........................I bet we all are doing that BUT without any positive results....How much more time do we need?? how many more to die??? how much more to suffer and HOW much do we need to Break apart as Nepalese?? before you say.....enough ENOUGH.........tell us how much time do we give Prachanda and his gang to make nepal Singapore in TEN YRS as promised.......Please enlighten US.
