I heard vaguely about  what's written in Prithivi Narayan Shah's book "Dibya Upadesh" about the Gurkhas. Its written in the book that the Gurungs, Magars, Rais and Limbus should be used as weapons BUT they should never be allowed to assume IMPORTANT Posts.

I heard that  Dibya Upadesh is like a manual book for the ruling, feudal class. whatever they have learnt comes through this book.

So does anyone knows about this?

I am looking forward to read the full article and find the answer.
