Blast at UNHCR office in Nepalgunj


Kantipur Report
Nepalgunj, Feb 13 - A socket bomb went off at
around 8.10 pm at the office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human
Rights (UNHCR) in Nepalgunj on Friday.

Though pamphlets of "Bhisan Himali Bag”, previously unheard group, were found
at the incident site, security sources have suspected the hands of Hindu
extremists behind the blast.

However, no major loss has been reported.

Police is carrying out further investigation.

Himali Bhag.....
Although Kantipur reported as an previously unheard group..... I heard about that group on my last visit to Nepal. The man telling me about that group indicated that Himali Bhag is answer to tarai based groups like " Tarai Virus" and "Tarai Tigers". It was also in some minor newspapers.
I was really surprised that every group of people being able to plan and lunch and attack. It wont take long before Nepal turns into Ethopia/Somalia.
