Market is not "Fala-fal", but i think Water Resources field is still an demanded field. If you have good experience in hydrologic or hydraulic modeling, ArcGIS, and quantification in canal diversion and all, its good as i can see now. I have no idea regarding the water quality side. Hope this helps.

Yes, I worked for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, ARCGIS. I have fair knowledge about almost all hydraulic and hydrologic modeling as I worked for FEMA.
