I know of an organization based in NYC whose service I have used in the past to have my sister's transcripts translated from Nepali to English. They were fairly reasonable though reasonable is relative term. Their work is acknowledged by the institutions here in the US. So I am sending you the link thinking this might be something that will be of use to you. Their name is World Education Services and their website is www.wes.org/. Good luck.
