To chyame kancha's point, I would be really scared to do any medical procedure, except for minor ones, in Nepal.  The hospitals and doctors are just not capable of providing quality care.

chayme kancha., as poon hill mentioned.. i am not against them getting treatment abroad. Anyone has that freedom. It is not the sickness.. they are there in delhi to get instruction from their big brother.. and we all know, india has never shown any good motives to any of her neighbours. Can not we solve our problems internally?
