I am looking for some IP gurus in Washington DC area. I am planning to start a new site for nepalis living aboard. I needed some students who are programmers with knowledge on php and mysql. You can also use this experience on your professional career which will allow you to look for new project. This is completely for fun and just to explore your skill set.
