The values from websiteoutlook.com are grossly overestimated. It estimates my blog at http://www.websiteoutlook.com/www.rednepal.com 7000 $ +. I would be hella rich if that were the case. It wouldn't sell for 1/100th of that price. If you work hard, create a high traffic, you wouldn't need to sell your site. Maybe you could earn more if you tried getting into domainhacks. They've sites like http://ma.tt (trinidad and tobago's country level domain .tt). I wanted to create http://nep.al but .al is only allowed for citizens of albania. If anyone has an Albanian friend, maybe you could do that.
