I am looking for a loan of about 70K to purchase a store.
I am going into the business for the first time and I do not have a business history in US. I am here in US for 2 years, have GC as well and my credit score is around 730. Is there any way that I can be approved that loan??
Any suggestions or help would be highly appreciated.

I think it all depend on your length of credit. Looks like to me you have not that long history but it also depend on how much money you make. I know two nepali who bought about $3.5 lakh from nepal and with the help of one nepali here they bought a gas station for 1.6 M. So, I think you may need co-signer to get that loan.

I think it also depend on how to bank with your bank. You score is not an excellent its an average score. I heard that if you save more then 40% of your total income and thats enought to pay monthly installment of the load, then there is more chance of getting it approved.
