Just ran across this blog entry in Indian blogosphere, which has many comments by India-loving Indians. It kind of shows different perspectives of Indians in their comments regarding how they regard Nepal, how they understand what Nepal is and things that are so dare to us as Nepalese. Given the activeness of Sajha folks in discussing here, perhaps you should allocate some of your words and thoughts there as well!

It seems that they, Indians are scared of Chinese.
If Nepal is more influenced by China, then its sees itself  as in grave danger.
But it is more positive to be influence from our north neighbor than the south weren't it for the
sake of Nepal, Nepalese and the regions.

For God sakes, the Indians really want to see Nepal deteriorate to the extreme that they can come in and declare Nepal as Indian state.

dream on India.

ok the issue is India ( and the west, china wouldn't do it openly but lets accept it it does too aka they telling us not to let tibetian's protest in kathmandu ) interferes too much with Nepal's political situation.

But the question of india taking over nepal is absurd , seriously why would they take over a country that is in such a turmoil by itself let alone if they try to take over ..

And when did a getting influenced bu china( a communists, closed political country where protesting again the government will only result in facing the death sqad become btter that getting influenced by India( a democratic country) .

Its like choosing a lesser of two evils, would you want nepal to become the next Afganistan,Cuba  or North Korea..( i am not saying nepal is better than those countrie sbut atleast we have freedom to move and speak our minds)
