Stop the War: Question ?  Are you looking for a car or you are looking for a car from NEPALI ?? Both ??? 
If your answer is Both, then you have to find out a person selling locally other wise it will be close as  " ल्हासा मा सुन छ कान मेरो बुचै '. I have a standard car (15 years old) runs pretty good,  I will give you free, Can you come and pick up from Winnipeg???? You can not do it even you get lowest price is offered. So stop looking from Nepali.

Bottom line is, you have to find out locally. As per my questioning  to match  "Both" constraint from a "Nepali and locally", find out the probability??? I is almost going home in the middle of the school session. I did not say it is hard but difficult. Keep in mind Being a Nepali is not going to sell the car less than the market value.  My suggestion is instead of relying sajha blog start browsing and widen your scope of getting a reliable car locally .  It is like location location location. 1997 has unmatched painting and may be involved in some kind of accident, it will be revealed by running a vin check.
1998 has replaced head gasket means had been overheated. Once overheated car may caused problem in future, not suggested to buy, most of the cases they will replace the whole engine once it had been in the situation of replacing head gasket.

Be careful with Spanish seller , the 2002 corolla, check vin first. Talk to a garage for pre-buying check up or a professional suggestion. They will charge you 20-50 bucks but will give you peace of mind.

Camry XLE has 3.0 engine and does not give good gas mileage. 2.2 - 2.4 will be better.

Do not rush still students are graduating and will be selling cars.

Find a friend who knows about car and you get a good one ( less problems in future) will save you time as well money.
Nick name of Mechanic is butcher, they jack up the parts price 2-4 times and most mechanic they want to order by themselves ( to make money ).

Keep looking, I like the corolla 2002 and the price sound good but spanish seller do buy and sell business. If they are selling others car then think of the reason to sell??

Go for Honda Accord. Those 1997-2001 camries have shock problem. Honda Accord after 2002 are the best cars. Accords between 1998 -2002 have engine and transmission problems. If you have low budget buy 95-96 Accord or Camry. They should be pretty cheap nowadays.

I would check out that 2002 corolla and negotiate the price if its in good condition.
