As the time and place changes human's perceptions are changed accordingly. If your JanmaKundali is perfect we can forecast couple things accurately but not all. If you are residing in Khotang and not gone to school and the other person residing in Kathmandu are born in the same time will have the perfectly same JanmaKundali, but it matters how you are raised and your family's culture and school you attended and so on.
