Hello sajha users,

Have any body gone to Canada for H1B stamping in recent days. I know that fisrt time H1B stamping in Mexico is not allowed these days. But Canada is still Okay, I think. I didnt find any topic related to canada saying visa cannot be granted for first time H1b. My case is F1-OPT-H1. Lets share our experiences ..

Yes, yes and yes........go to Canada and be safe........you might have difficulty finding the visa date but search anywhere in Canada, with this note I would like to say to all the Sajha users, do not take a risk of going to Nepal and getting H1B stamped, epecially if you're engaged with Indian consultancies, this is not my story but a fren of mine, who has a house here, his wife and a little boy are here and he's been denied for his H1B visa, Yo Paagal American ko bhar chaina !!!

I had a friend of mine who went to Canada for Visa Stamping to Canada when he was in F1 and was denied for VISA and got stuck in CANADA. So be careful on whatever you do . US consular have been strict in CANADA too these days.
