I need a suggestion Regarding the RFE issue. I got a RFE on 16th of May stating the end client letter. Right now I am in project and I can get the End Client Letter too. But due to managerial hierarchy kinda stuff, it gonna take some time to get it. I have to reply back before 21st of June. I am not sure I can get that letter before that time. So Can I Extend my RFE deadline?. I heard the new H1b Rule has flexible rule for these issue. as far as know maximum time to respond to RFE is 12 weeks. but they give me only about 5 weeks. So Can I request them to extend few more weeks? Has anybody suffer from these kind of situation?
