IF YOU WERE TO WRITE OPEN LETTER TO OUR EX KING GANENDRA !! HOW WOULD YOU ELABORATE YOUR FEELINGS IN IT?
About me
I would ask him to spent those huge sum of money that he has got in his posession to upgrade the living standard of a common Nepali Citizen. I would want him to provide them with food clothing and shelter and education. I know he still has got abilities and resources to help  Nepalese living the poverty and backwardness!!. Our country is going from bad to worst day by day and if no one of our elected Leaders makes some remarkable political change in our country then our future is uncertain.
I know he has lost his charm in the heart of many Nepalese but still remains amicable and voracious  personality in the heart of many . I would want him to maintain this charm that still remains stubborn in the hearts of those people. And lastly i want to suggest him that "silence is not an action"

Synjali, your blame is completely naive and you using that language blocks above is pretty much sufficient to prove that you are one of a  unschooled fellow. But i am pretty much amazed to see your adroitness to label me as a one of you. Can't you see my machohood? Are you this brave to open such a thread?
Stop this crap. Don't bring your dullness of mind here in this thread. I need some know-it-all people not a monorics filled with stupefaction.

"Tell me how much either you or your fellow being earned after wipping the ass of those uneducated dim witted monorics"? This what an educated person uses. ra161

Kanchhu, You are right, my father was not educated ; did what ever he could do and happy about it. Yes we did hard work as well rewarded very well.

ha ha ha ...this guy syanjali is sooooooooooo stupid k bhanne.

I gave the example of "chiya pasale" to  compare present and past, and teach him that  at present, because of lawlessness in country a "chiya pasale" can not even make enough t for his living, let alone the education of his kids..but this guys ..so mornoically idot that he goes on to tell me Bhanda Manjne Kancha..( do i need to comment on this guy"s inabilty to understand the dignity of work?). I did miss one comma after your name syanjali, i did not say you as a chiyapasale ko chora.....moron.

I have been reading this thread closely; all of you are against each other. Some of you are comparing current situation to  past and do not want to go with the changes. We most of us agree that there should not be Iraq war but it already happened and can not turn it back; Iraqi people got better security while Saddam Hussein was president. His era is gone and now they do not have other choices rather than facing the truth, the present situation. What ever they have, need to work on it.  So does apply to us too.  How it happened, let’s not go behind it. What ever happened and how it happened , already happened. Now , there is no king, and pretty sure  we not going to get back any king. All Nepali knows that unless INDIA plays a role, but not going to do it. Are just comparing the past and the present situation or you are dreaming  to reinstate kingship? That point is not clear.

We do not disagree on the present worst political , economical and social situation. Hope for better. And how we are  contributing to overcome this situation. As syanjali said, sitting behind and writing in Sashay? I think it will help somehow but  can not measure your input. Now you guys are far from Nepal, avoiding the changes, enjoying western lifestyle and want to live in past. I think you are the one need to grow and open your horizon and vision. Instead of thinking what was good in Kingship, think of new and how we can  contribute directly or indirectly to improve it. This blog is not different than a “ kothe rajniti” .

You wrote" I would ask him to spent those huge sum of money that he has got in his posession to upgrade the living standard of a common Nepali Citizen. I would want him to provide them with food clothing and shelter and education. I know he still has got abilities and resources to help  Nepalese living the poverty and backwardness!!. Our country is going from bad to worst day by day and if no one of our elected Leaders makes some remarkable political change in our country then our future is uncertain."

My comment on this is, Once he was the king sacked the government and had his ministers and ruled as panchyat system and had ministers from Panchyat era, did he do anything? As syanjali said, rather than increasing his and his families' benefits did not do any thing and now raju161 is dreaming to spend all his money and bring changes. You are just in day dreaming or tying to make a bridge of sand.

Now you are asking somebody to grow up, I think you all need to grow up. raju161 you wrote somebody , unschooled but your language "let me sum it up for these saphead politician's ass worshippers" does not sound much more difference than the unschooled one. I think you have at least undergraduate schooling. Know this, being EDUCATED and being WISE is quiet different thing.

kanchu; I am grateful for the unification and their past vision but we should move as the time has changed, so far I believe we were obligated for theirs  good work and generosity but we should not be for life and they have fully rewarded as being king

Somewhere I read " your stubbornness does not make you wise, rather stupidity", I think you folks were too harsh on each other. Some of you asking to grow other, somehow I see they are the one needed to grow first.  It is getting too long, so you all need to grow first. Syanjali said his father was not educated  How about yours, must be in government office holder ? Just curious, if it is, I may have a little different opinion regarding your writing. Why? If your parents were close to the king or was the bureaucrats, were benefited most along with king and your thought processing may be little different than others.

NayaSadak thanks a lot for sharing your concern. I  indeed need people like you who speaks in relation with the subject matter. I know writing letter to KG without any doubt stops the heartbeats of many pathetic wanna be kings at the moment. You wrote-
"We most of us agree that there should not be Iraq war but it already happened and can not turn it back; Iraqi people got better security while Saddam Hussein was president."

I hope we are not going to compare our country with Iraq to next 25 years to come.
I brace up to you all that i am not going to stop posting in this thread until and unless i see a inextirpable backlash of law, order, and peace in the country. And that's period. About king, it remains in the spontaneous undulation of time. Leave him alone for a moment. Civilians already gave these sapheads 11,664 Hours of their valuable time and now all are holding their everything cravingly. I suggest, they better act fast before the dried 12 year old river starts flowing through the same old channel.

nayasadak, I do not know what you read or even try to
understand what I was trying to tell. does not matter, I see where your deepest
urge is wandering. Bringing syanjali's arguments again and again shows which
direction you are inclined to, so better not be hypocrites rather be upfront.
It is very easy to say as our all political leaders say " let's leave the
past and lets move forward". These rhetoric would work for those who are
politically indoctrinated and ill educated, I am sorry it JUST DOES NOT WORK
FOR ME THAT WAY. Nor this means I really want to go to the past, everyone knows
PAST IS PAST, you do not need to be a so smart to tell that to everyone.

For those people , who love to igonore past and want to move to utopian
world, let me tell you one thing, even todays, zillions of dollars are invested on research history, past culture and both phyiscal and qualitative attributes
of the past. These people are not so stupid are they? The reason we need to
understand past so that we would not repeat the same mistakes again and again. we should not hesitate to continue the good things that are there from ages (iconoclasm is not pro
modernism), oh yes this virtue is called culture.

Politically speaking, if something was
better in past, you have to learn to appreciate that and be able to continue
that and have to have some sort of mechanism to keep that continue. Uprooting
your own value does not make you pro-democratic? THIS IS WHY ONE NEEDS TO
UNDERSTAND HISTORY. I AM SO AMAZED YOU ARE SO SILENCE WHEN SOME FOOL TALEKD
ABOUT AGED OLD FRENCH REVOLUTION, OCTOBER REVOLUTION, AMERICAN REVOLUTION-which
barely have any resemblence to our context and SO UPSET ABOUT ME TALKING ABOUT
PANCHAYET ERA? WHICH WAS THERE JUST A  20 YEARS AGO...HELLO?? stop kidding.

In the context of Nepal,
if you talk about time, we have moved 100 yrs back already. Thanks to whom?
Monarchy or Maoist??

People do need to understand the complexity of situation and analysise is very
objective point of view, rising above the political ideology and then formulate
program for future..this is called moving ACTUAL MOVING FORWARD. Just moving
ahead without any definate direction and destiny would lead you no where. Yes REPUBLIC HAS LEAD US THERE CALED NO WHERE.

As for me, I do not care about any system, any " cracy", I just want,
as I gave example earlier, " a chiya pasle to earn is daily living without
any fear and intimidation" and which system he would be able to do? Tell Baburam Bhattari, would he have got COLOMBO PLAN TO STUDY ARCHITECTURE TO INDIA if he were in current system.

It is high time for nepali folks to anyalize who did what in
1 2 3. Then talk. Just a throwing BS rhetoric is not right way to argue. It is not issue
where we need show my ideology is superior or good and yours is not. It is a
time to think what will be “ GOOD” for you, your family, and your country.
Think that way first.

Raju and Nayasadak, Please stop Nepal being Iraq or any country. It is within your hand. No, time will move and if we have to become Iraq, we will become, it is time, no one can stop there. There are not Maoist in Africa or Srilanka or Bosnia or Iraq or Bangaladesh, and there are not Gyanendra in those countries too but they have long history of fighting. So, Gyanendra can't stop making us Iraq, we have voted the leaders electing, so we have right to throw them, regarding the concern of you guys, I respect because every one is unhappy with present Nepal and also every one was unhappy from Past Nepal. So, be patient, no one is listening you or make your voice high for good Nepal, Go Nepal, start campain againist Maoist or who you have more aggression to stop Nepal to become Iraq. Please let them fight for some time so that they will know they are fighting for Nothing, if not we will become Burundi and Ruwanda.

Someone is trying to bring a corps back, and in a day dream. It is not going to happen, he is gone.

GONE means GONE.  Maoist not going to last as long as  you are thinking.  Now they are in power does not mean they will last for ever as kingship. We people choose who will be in the office. You are far away, may be not.

Did I say, Iraqi people had peace  during Saddam Hussein, So did we in Kingship. Now King is gone and we had a bad government. Now  you folks trying to sing a monarchy song again and again and trying to prove it right.

What ever happened , it happened, he is ex and not  coming back. That is my point. I am not taking favor of any body, the truth is King is gone and not coming back. That is the truth. Live on the truth and present time.

How many of you  believe that Mr. maoist supremo will treat the ordinary Nepalese who doesnot stand by his side as own son? Will he let his non admirers be latent? If we ignore these groups of card carrying sap heads, I suggest all those sacrificiay lambs who spent their life having a hunch  better get your back pack ready getting into a indian refugee camps pretty soon. Period.

Raju, King will listen, listen and listen because he don't have to say anything because people had said every thing and Maoist are saying, saying and saying, because they don't have to listen, the problem is our level of understanding, lack of education and resources, we can be in any party any time for any thing because we were Pancha in Panchayet, we we congress after democracy, we were UML when the time of Madan Bhandari, we are Maoist in the previous election and we can be again for Gyanendra because we are thirsty for development, education, resources, we are poor, we don't have good thing to eat, so we can go anywhere for work, Gulf, Europe and USA, first we need our dignity back, I don't know who can give back our dignity, So time will continue and we will face more and more trouble because of increasing population, gap between the poor and rich and lack of good human resources. There will be more fight we "Nepali People doesn't understand this cycle"

Nayasadak i can easily feel your heart pounding pretty fast. No one is talking especially here about the King.  As i said already About king, it remains in the spontaneous undulation of time. But please explain me how came you be so naive with the recent happenings in the country. Are you confined to only 50.67 km square area of kathmandu or 4 walls of your room or what?

Explain me why this happened in the recent cruise of time? I want your answer.

At least a dozen people were injured, one critically, in a skirmish that ensued after cadres of Unified CPN (Maoist) affiliated Young Communist League (YCL) attacked a programme organised by Rastriya Prajatantra Party - Nepal (RPP-N) in Pokhara Thursday morning. Some six policemen were also injured in the scuffle.

Ten of those injured were RPP-N activists. Reports said YCL cadres with wooden sticks and iron rods in their hands suddenly attacked them at Siddhartha Chowk at 8:45 am while they were collecting signatures in support of their nationwide programme to declare the country a Hindu state and restore constitutional monarchy, according to reports.

RPP-N district chairman Devi Jung Gurung has sustained serious injuries in the attack. He is currently undergoing treatment at Model Hospital.

District division chairman Lal Bahadur Malla including Amir Miyaa, Sakuran Miyaa, Ram Bahadur Tamang, Dand Raj Acharya were also among the injured RPP-N activists. They are also undergoing treatment at a local hospital.

YCL cadres also clashed with police personnel who had intervened to take control of the situation. They started pelting stones at the police after the latter tried to stop them from disrupting the RPP-N program.

In the scuffle two YCL cadres and six police personnel sustained minor injuries. One of the injured has been identified as YCL district chairman Suman Devkota.

Following the clash, the main market center of Mahendra Pul has been shut down and transportation has also been obstructed.

Reports said there is a heavy presence of security personnel in the area as the situation is still very tense. nepalnews.com
