It's very nice to have such offer now. Go and ask with the hospital an offer letter and show you international advisor. He/She can give you 20 hour CPT. During your class session you can work for 20 hours and in winter/summer vacation you can work for 40 hours.

Arko kura economic hardship apply garnu bhaneko you have to wait for 2 to 3 months, where as you can get CPT instantly and it will not affect you for anything.

Huna ta economic hardship le kunai farak pardaina, yeha kati jana mero sathi ko visa expire bhaye pachhi pani Nepal gayera 5 barsha ko visa thapera aako chha (jasma uni haru le 2 -2 barsha ko economic hardhip enjoy gareo thiyo.)

Tell ur advisor about ur economical problem and if U recommended will get CPT easily from international office. But be sure that u can work in CPT less than one year othewise u can't apply OPT.Better idea is first try for CPT and start working and proceed for economic hardship.Without genuine reason, it is difficult to approve economic hardship.
