Complex and hard re.

But, if you explain your situation and give a copy of your scores to University, they have means to verify electronically re...aru le bhaneko suneko..

I too had the same situation couple of days back. I emailed the British Council at nepal and they informed me that once the validity of IELTS ( ie 2 years) is seized they cant do anything so i surrendered my IELTS score copy  (test taker copy) to the university and that worked. If 2 year has not been passed since you took the exam anyone on your behalf can fill an application at British Council and they will send the score report to the desired university.

Cheers

Thanks New-baneshwor,

well, it was already 26 months that i took a IELTS test.  I have a good academic history of consecutive four semester of US university in addition to the english composition class. Now, I have to apply couple university for my major study and they are asking for official TOEFL/IELTS score. If Bristish council don't take action to the IELTS candidates of 2 years prior do you think that they will accept the copy of IELTS. I have send one with my application packet. Do they waive the IELTS score if we are here as a sophomore student.

If some university don't accept IELTS then how can i make them conveince them to the equivalency of IELTS to the TOEFL.

in my case i had sent a notarized copy to the university prior to expiration my IELTS and while they asked for IELTS score it was expired hence they accepted my original score copy. I came to know that some university who accept IELTS score can check the genuinity of the score online; but your case is different. Sry to say but I dont think there is any way to send the expired IELTS score to the universities as far as i know.
