this is what happens when you have stupids as LEADERS. however, Nepal has the capacity to tap ~85,000 MW electricity and hydropower is renewable and environment freindly resource if managed properly. on the other hand, windmills comes with some externalities such as expensive to built and maintain and it can obstruct migratory birds. Similar with solar energy - expensive. So our best bet is hydropower.
