शर्माले आफ्नो उम्मेदवारीका लागी निर्वाचन कमिटिमा बुझाउनु पर्ने $२००
डलरको मनि अर्डर पासाङ लामाको टिम बाट उम्मेदवार बन्छु भनेर रविन लामाले
किनेको र पछी त्यो मनि अर्डर हात परे पछी प्रेम अधिकारीको प्यानलमा पुग्न
पुगेका दिनेश शर्माका बिरुद्द आफुले किनेको मनि अर्डरबाट उम्मेदवार बन्न
नपाउने भन्दै टेक्सासका पुराना समाजसेवी रविन लामाले निर्वाचन कमिटिमा
उजुरी दिन लागेको कुरा थाहा हुन आएको छ ।
यस बेलामा अर्को पट्टिका प्रेम अधिकारीले पासाङ लामाको टिमका सदस्य लाई
आफ्नो पट्टिको भन्दै पब्लिक ईमेल पठाउन थाले पछी यो अर्को बिवाद सार्वजनिक
भएको हो ।
पासाङ लामाको टिम बाट उमेदवारी दिएका दिनेश शर्माले रविन लामाले किनेको
मनि अर्डर हात परे पछी प्रेम अधिकारीको प्यानलमा पुगेका हुन वा प्रेम
अधिकारिले फेरी पासाङ लामाकै उम्मेदवारलाई आफ्नो उम्मेदवार भनेर पब्लिक
ईमेल पठाएका हुन त्यो कुरा रविन लामाले निर्वाचन कमिटिमा उजुरी दिए पछी
मात्र थाहा हुने छ भन्ने कुरा पासाङ लामाका एक टिम मेम्बरले बताएका छन ।
थाहा हुन आए अनुसार दिनेश शर्मा पासाङ लामाकै टिमबाट मनोनयन पत्र
दिए पनि उनी दुबै तिरको भोट तान्न एस्तो खेल खेलेको हुन सक्ने पनि अर्का
एक जना उम्मेदवार बताउछन ।
एस भन्दा अगाडि प्रेम अधिकारीले पासाङ लामाको टिमबाट उम्मेदवार बनेकी
श्रीमती पुष्पलता भण्डारी लाई आफ्नो तर्फको उम्मेदवारी भन्दै पठाएको
पब्लिक ईमेलको सदस्यकी उम्मेदवार श्रीमती पुष्पलता भण्डारीले एसै पत्रीका
मार्फत प्रेम अधिकारीले बेइमानी गरेको भन्दै खंडन गरेकी छन भने दिनेश
शर्मा पहिला पासाङ लामाको तर्फको उम्मेदवार हुन वा होइनन, उनले मनि अर्डर
किनेका हुन वा रविन लामाको मनि अर्डर बाट उम्मेदवार बनेका हुन, उनी
प्रेमको प्यानलका हुन कि होइनन भन्ने कुरा पनि रविन लामाको उजुरी पछी थाहा
हुने भएको कुरा पासाङ लामाको टिमका अर्का एक सदस्यले बताए ।

Guys I hear Dinesh sometimes, and he is not a bad guy as what this shit website says i get a email reply to americadarpan people i post below
Dear Friends, To my astonishment I found my name hitting the headlines in a so-called news portal AmericaDarpan.com. I fail to understand the credibility of news where a common person like me is on the headlines for a Non-Profit Organization's general election. http://www.americadarpan.com/articles.php?cid=6711 The story may be read through the above link. Recently, it was found that some articles were forced to be removed from the website after social outcry from respected members of the society. The article is a best example of a character assassination (CHARITRA HATYA) which is very common with this so-called news portal. Friends, it is true that Mr. Pasang Lama had asked me to join his team for the NST election. Our Samaj Sevi Mr. Rabin Lama had been carrying bunch of money orders in his pocket. The moment I signed the candidate application form our Samaj Sevi pulled it from me and said that he has the money order. Which I assumed had to be repaid and I DUTIFULLY paid it back. I never realized this small issue of everyday life will be immorally portrayed in a news headlines. After the nomination, real picture started showing up. Somewhere I found the essence of a competitive election was lost. Plots were hatched for putting people down. The election became a means of scoring old hatred and old enmity. In middle of this I could not compromise with my conscience. To win an election I could not stoop down and point false allegations against my opponents, who are again my community members. I was left with no other choice, but to withdraw my candidacy. I informally mentioned the election committee members about this.
After this Mr. Prem Adhikari and his team members approached me to join them. On the first instance I refused to join anybody. To this Premji said "When Hillary Clinton can join Obama after fighting a bitter primary election, Dineshji why can't you join us to make NST stronger. Is our NST election more important than US Presidential Elections? Election should unite people not divide them. And this is how I will run NST."
Unlike the character assassination of americadarpan I found Mr. Prem Adhikari calm, composed and a gentleman. In spite of bitter allegations from his opponents he never spoke ill about them. Somewhere I felt he deserves more respect than what I have been giving him.
Today, for me it is not important that I lose or win this election but what is important is that I stood with those who played with fairness and character. I would like deplore this kind of yellow Journalism from America Darpan, its team and the team of people who don't want to see our community progressing and would like to request our community member to choose the right leader in upcoming NST Election and Unite behind NST President Candidate Prem Adhikari.
