Sagarr,
I have a room in a 2BR house in Jersey City. I live in the other room and work in downtown Jersey City itself. It is a very good house and would hate to move out for lack of another roommate as my friend is moving back to Nepal. Rent is $700 and includes everything including internet and cable. Manhattan is 10 minutes on the train...truly this is a nice place, let me know if you are interested and we can talk more.

 e are looking to rent one of our spacious rooms to a single/couple starting month of November. It is near to 33/40 street station.
