I am planning to send a mobile phone to Nepal. Koi jane manche vaye ta sajilai hunthyo.. tehai pani sab le 2 , 3 wota afai bokera janchan ani aru ko lagna jhau manchan... Cell phone nepal pathaune aru upaye chaina? Hulak bata pathauda kasto huncha? Priority mail wa register garera pathauda kati charge garcha? Yo Fed Ex, DHL bata pathaunu vanda ta Nepal mai kineko sasto huncha hola , hoina ;-) Yes bare kehi taha cha vane kripaya lekhidinu hola.
don't send on mail , it will be expensive i guess. just send through someone. I tried to send a battery and housing to nepal and they asked me for 100 $ , which was worth of 10 $ . so better find someone
I think it is safe, i sent an iphone 2 months back via USPS Express mail (not more than $45)and it got there in a week. However, the receiver must pay custom tax which will be around Rs 1500 (depending upon the cost of the phone). So, I think its much cheaper than DHL, UPS or FEDEX..
My friend is going to India in a few days. I am planning to give him the cell phone and later he will post it to Nepal from India. Is it a good idea? Does any body have any idea how much does it cost to send the cell phone from India to Ktm? Do they charge custom tax from India as well?
