I am loosing my job and planning to go for student status again. But these days I found that a lots of COS to F1 cases have been denied. So I am not able to figure out that what should I do?

I have been admitted to Phd program and but as of now I don't have any funding. So I am scared that if I go back to Nepal and apply I might not get Visa.

If I stay here and apply for COS, there are lot of cases of denial.

Do you have any suggestion for me ?
