its good to go for phd if you do not have other better choices. It is very easy to get financial assistance after a semester or two. It is pretty much sure that you will get financial assistance lateron. moreover, phd will sell you wherever you go.
phd without some kind of assistance and some kind of subsidy on tuition is really a bad deal. it's worst then being a slave. do more research. if you are a student and want to pursue PHd, you'll definitely find many universities that will offer you the admission with some kind of assistant ship
