Nepal army is incompetent. they couldn't handle maoists when they were 2000, when they were 5000 and when they were 10,000. according to prachanda on his controversal speech they were about 10 k when they compromised using UN. now maoists have power, money and people. it's sad but it's true. Nepal army would never dare to do that. by the looks of things prachanda don't seem to be running the country either. he's just a goon who likes to kill and threaten other people and enjoy power and money. he can do that without being a president or prime minister.
