My question is.....my mom applied for asylum 7 months ago and her case is in pending. Now my dad wants to visit US. Does he gonna have any problem in immigration because of my mom's case? If anybody knows about it please let me know.

Thanks

Please Write Your Question in Brief and Clearly. AND email to  :  immigration@law.umaryland.edu

They provide FREE Legal Services to Asylum seekers. I have contacted them before and they have been very HELPFUL all the time.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Your mom and dad are two different persons. Your mom applied for asylum or is seeking to immigrate does not mean your father also wants the same. He may not want to leave Nepal because of his social ties, business or employment.

It won't affect in any condition....
