First of all, i want to say thanks for trying. I didn't contribute anything other than my 8 bucks to get in so i'm not complaining like it was a total disaster. so this is just my suggestion and not a complain.
frist of all it was clear that you guys screwed up- yes a big time too. from the very begenning , when the lady in red saree gave speech, it went down hill. she was reading the paper so close to her face like she forgot her reading glasses. no body was intersted on her and people were just talking to each other like she didn't even exist and she didn't seem like she cared either, i don't know what the hell she was reading but she was just going off for like 10 mins. and towards the end she tried to finish it as quickly as possible like it was a chore.
And what's up with those hindi songs in the Nepali program. Bollywood songs? damn, i thought it was a Nepali cultural show. there were white folks on the front row, i was thinking what they might have though.Why we don't have Nepali songs for those girls to dance on? what a shame..
the sound system was a joke. more than once, i thought you guys would call it a night cuz of the sound system. there were lots of moments where no body could predict what they were saying ont he mike cuz of the pathetic sound system. you guys didn't test the mics and stuff?
the lady who came on the stage to push the kid on alingment was the most funniest thing i've ever seen on stage after russell peters video. I understand that it's hard to teach kids how to dance but those kids didn't look like they were taught properly. looks like someobody got the idea that kids dancing is cute and had like 3 or 4 kids dances programs which was more than enough. which might not be so boring if they were taught right and if it looked like they were enjoying too. And why every thing so long and slow and boring? it's new year celebration, where is the energy. damn you guys do this every year, yet you manage to screw it like you're doing it the first time.
