- Despite the exposure of the kidnapping of Dr. Shrestha, director of B.P. Cancer hospital by Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' of maoists, government does nothing to solve the case.
- A Lama hired maoists to fight with the locals and they then fired randomly at people in Kaushaltar and injuring many and killing a kid; no one was ever punished despite the widespread front-page coverage and exposure by media
- Sunita dhami, a police personnel, was gang-raped inside a police post by her own seniors; the home minister Bhim Rawal does everything to protect rapists.
