Sorry, initially, I didn't think that this was a serious question. I don't have any personal experience in this matter but I don't see how you could have any problems if you want to return permanently. What are they going to do, catch you at the airport and deport you? No one reviews your immigration status when you are leaving. They take your I-94, that's it (sometimes they forget even to do that).Just as a side note: avoid going through a route that requires a transit visa. I am thinking of HongKong that requires transit visa for Nepali passport holders who don't have valid US or Canada visa(source:http://fly2nepal.com/Information&id=7&cid=5). I hope you were able to save some money in this one year and hope that you are able to enjoy life back home. Good luck. Please do everyone a favor and tell people the 'truth' about life in the US ( I am sure a lot of people will come to you to ask for advice since you are a US returnee). Lot of people would be better off if they knew that there is no point in coming to the US if the intention is only to make money. The only people who should be coming to the US are students who intend to study. Otherwise, you will work like hell and won't be able to save anything. Learning how to be content with what you have in Nepal is far better than being dissatisfied with the life in the US. Good luck! Hope you enjoyed your stay in the US.
