I need to buy a video converter from PAL to NTSC or ATSC system for a LCD HDTV. I did some research on the available converters. Has anybody got any idea of which one is the best and not that expensive ? What should be the minimum requirements for not having to compromise with the picture quality ? Does it need to have 64 MB to convert just the TV signals without delay ? Thank You.

Is it a video tape or DVD? You can buy multi system players in either case that also reads PAL and converts to NTSC output for TV

You should get a multi system VCR. Then connect the PAL signal into the input port of your VCR and the output should go to TV. Then you have to tune tv channels into your VCR tuner. So when you watch TV, you have to use the tuner of your VCR which sends ntsc signals to your TV.

Hi NayaSadak Which brand did you buy? I am sure you must have done plenty of researches before you bought.

I think I bought from Amazon and it says MayFlash. Made in China. Pal to NtSC converter
Input: Pal- B, d,I G, H output; Ntsc 3.58
for 1. Video Camera 2. Dvd player 3. VCD player 4. Video game 5. VCR
It says Analog converter.
This converter output will only work with 50 hz NTSC TV video system
Wanna try it? Pick it up.
