sorry, don't really know anyone there but i was told that handful of nepalese resides there by a nepali restaurant owner in paris. if i may ask, why are you looking for nepalese? try to get an accommodation in cite universitaire, try SOUTH EAST residence and i'm sure you'll find someone from nepal. just go out there and experience the parisan culture! and enjoy your study in the world's most beloved city.

ps: american cities don't even come close to paris.

So I was just trying to get hold of Nepalese there so that I could gather some information about everything. If anybody is in your contact pls let me know. Your help will be highly appreciated.

i did a study abroad last summer so i know a little about paris but not much about the nepalese population. well, i think you should contact the folks at the embassy http://www.nepalembassy.org/. i'm sure they will help you out. i would be amazed if there are any nepali students out there, i mean its so expensive! then again, i was more like a tourist. anyways, good luck with everything.

SAKU,
I am he. I am told that Paris is outrageously expensive so I am having a second thought. Where is your relative trying to study? Does he have any scholarship? Well I don't have one.
cheers

Hi lovetosuggest,
You are right...it is very expensive........ Actually my relative got very good scholarship...full tuition waiver with 600 euros per month for living expense. I do not think 600 euros will be enough for living expense.....room rent itself is more than 400 euros.....that's why he is looking for roommates...He is in graduate program. i think it is easier to get scholarship in graduate program.
