3. Free parking space. 4. Location in Wisconsin Avenue. 5. Very reasonable price.
6. Facility of an additional meeting room.
7. Internet/Telephone, Laser Printers (Color and Black and White), Photo Copy machine can be shared.
8. All utilities to be included in the rent.
