Can a MBA graduate who has already used up the OPT after graduation get another opt after a certification program?   A certification program is  being offered at a University which requires MBA as a requirement. My question is if i join this program will i be eligible to apply for another opt after the completion because as far as i understand the current regulations allow F-1 students to apply for 12 months of OPT after each successive higher level of study.
what do you suggest?

Did you do OPT after your MBA? If you did you are not eligible. OPT is only available after each degree level. If you go for certification without doing or apply for OPT after MBA then you can still use the OPT since you did not use it for that degree level yet.
