lau na barwaad paryo, maile graduate gareko engineering ma, opt status, tara aile samma job payeko chaina, opt ko 3 months time  pani saki sakyo, aile aba barbaad choon. yaso kunai dhoti consultancy ko info. cha ki h1b sponsor gardeene, alee alee paisa chaiye deenchon tyo dhotilai. serious suggestion plz.

dhoti can't pay employer tax when u don't have job by just transferring H1B
finishing study is a problem,getting job is problem and continuing job with status is problem here if things doesn't go in your way
and USCIS won't let them continue with dhoti business without taxation
so try ur friends circle who got job ask for referals
learn some technologies make good resume and try job searches
in local area use craigslist,dice,monster,google and apply in companies around u
most people have  done you so you will also be able to do it

i don;t think it;s gud idea 2 look 4 h1b when u don;t even have job. try applying to pre school, school and get a volunteer job and report your employement and keep on searching job . If you are working @ resturants, gas station or whatever u can mention that as well , and put your posiition like Netowrk Engieer, Web Engineer and make job discription . Keep on looking , if u don;t get job until 1 yr also go for STEM. Basically, keep on searching . Gud luck
