Hello friends I have applied my H-1B from a small company and USCIS has asked to submit additional documents. My attorney submitted the additional documents but I am too much unsure about the result. How long it takes to make decision to USCIS after they receive additional documents? Any body has knowledge about it???

One of my friend was asked for his SEVIS from University. I think he got after a month after that. Is your application already verified from labor department? And did your attorney submitted what USCIS was asking for like SEVIS, company financial report etc?

Hope it helps.

My attorney has already submitted all the documents and the USCIS has also updated its system before a week.

For H1b, It wont take too much time. I also got RFE in my H1B from USCIS, my lawyer sent it before deadline and it was approved within 2 weeks.

SOme of my friends got approved after 3 day USCIS received RFE documents and for other it took 3 months.

Don't worry. If it is your 'genuine' application - you will get it approved.

Mine was regular (not premium) ..and it was OK within 2-3 weeks when I received H1B RFE. but i doubt it depends upon the Rfe they're requesting. they asked me to verify I94 in my case. Gud luck!
