Hi guys I am in F1 status with expired visa. I want to visit Germany for couple of weeks. Is it possible for me to get visa from USA to Germany? As I do not have valid visa for re entering USA from Germany, is it possible to apply visa for re entry to USA in Germany? Thank you for you precious time, and suggestions God Bless All SN

You can probably get German visa (or is it EU visa nowadays) based on your I-20, but the US consulate in Germany might ask you to go to your home country Nepal to get the US visa. Why not a make a trip home after Germany. You can definitely get your visa back and also see your family. Win win situation.

Supernote Bro,
I know you would not need valid US visa if you had visited Canada on an expired US visa but I am not too sure about Germany. Your international advisor would be a good resource for this matter.
